You can fill out the placement tests* of IFL online, they are completely anonymous as anybody can fill out them without providing personal data.
While filling out the tests, answer every question, otherwise you can't send it to correction. The submitted test will be corrected by the system prompt and automatically and you can find out your language level with the aid of the table below**.
1) Absolutely beginner/newcomer level /A1/ - Score: 0-13
2) Beginner level /A2/ - Score: 14-21
3) Intermediate level /B1/ - Score: 22-29
4) Upper-intermediate level /B2/ - Score: 30-37
5) Advanced level /C1/ - Score: 38-44
6) Native level /C2/ - Score: 45-50
It is important to know that the IFL Private Language School has not made placement tests for Spanish, Dutch, Esperanto and Hungarian as a foreign language, as these are mostly starting from an absolutely beginner level.

English placement test
This test gives information about your English knowledge.
What you need to know about it: It contains 50 multiple-choice tasks that can be solved in approx. 15-20 minutes. This test aims to measure the knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary and expressions. Every question is in a multiple-choice format and you can choose from four possible answers. Please, read every question carefully and choose the correct answer after that. At the end of the test, you get a score about your English level. Compare this score with the table above.

This test gives information about your German knowledge.

Attention! When completing the above tests, students who score at least 40 points should complete one of the following tests to determine their knowledge even more accurately, in order to identify possible false result(s), as it is hardly possible to measure all language levels within one test!
